Signal Insights
Where is my traffic coming from?
Which channels sent the visits?
Every visit to your website, grouped by how the person got there. Share of visits is that channel's slice of your total, and the last column is how that slice moved.
Which channels sent visitors who actually read something?
Two different things, side by side. Engagement rate is how often that channel's visitors stayed; share of engaged is how much of your total reading time that channel accounts for. A channel can be good at one and poor at the other.
Where are my leads coming from?
Which channels produced the leads?
An enquiry form, a booking request or a call started on your website. Share of leads is that channel's slice of them; the Lead Index is that slice divided by its share of visits, so above 1.00 means it earns more than its size.
How does this period compare with last month and last year?
The same four measures, three ways: what they are now, how they moved against the period before, and how they moved against the same stretch a year ago.
How do I show up in AI search?
Which LLMs am I gaining ground on?
One card per LLM, showing which way your visibility is moving over six months.
Which of my pages get cited?
Pages on your own website, ranked by how much of your LLM traffic each one brings in.
Am I named for the questions buyers ask?
A fixed panel of buying questions, asked of every LLM each week on your behalf.
How much traffic does AI search actually send?
Google organic against every LLM combined, on the same scale.
Where is my ad spend going?
Campaigns, topics and the search terms behind them3 tables
How has all of this moved over time?
Every month-by-month view in one place. The sections above answer what is happening now; this one answers what has been happening.
Visits by channel, month by month
Spring and autumn are booking season. July is the trough, every year.
Engaged visits, month by month
The same months counting only visits where someone engaged.
Leads by channel, month by month
Hold this against the visits chart. The two are rarely the same shape, and the difference is where your money is actually working.
